A large group of young men and young women from Salt Lake City got together one Saturday morning and put together some awesome kits that can be given to kids as they come to the courthouse for a Child Welfare Hearing. These fun kits were distributed all over the state to keep little ones busy while the adults in the room speak about heavy matters concerning their welfare. In the state of Utah, children are required to attend the hearings since what is spoken of will impact their lives. It’s also good for the judges to see the children and be able to ask them questions.
