Utah’s Friends of CASA is a nonprofit organization made up of committed individuals from the community. The Friends Board raises public awareness, conducts fund-raising, and oversees other community activities to support the statewide Utah CASA Program. The vision/mission of the Friends Board is to provide necessary resources to fully support the mission of both the program and it’s volunteers.

What You Can Do

Because the needs of Utah’s foster children and youth are so great, Utah’s Friends of CASA Board needs your support. There are several ways in which you can contribute:

  • Join the Friends and participate in our ongoing activities. We are looking for people with all kinds of skills including fund-raising, financial management, business and organizational skills. We also need individuals who just want to devote time and energy to making a difference for abused, neglected and abandoned children in our community.
  • Talk to your employer about Utah’s Friends of CASA and the critical work done by our advocates. Can your employer support CASA financially? Perhaps they would like to sponsor a fund-raising event?
  • Make a donation. The Friends Board is a nonprofit organization and all contributions are tax-deductible. Please visit the “Donation” page for more information.
  • Contact us if you have special skills you think could help Utah’s Friends CASA. Although you might not have time to become a member of our organization there are many other ways in which you can contribute.

Utah’s Friends of CASA seeks motivated and dedicated Board members who will serve as knowledgeable ambassadors of our mission, make informed decisions, and provide the necessary support to advance that mission. If you have a specific area of interest as a Board member please use the contact form on the side, we would love to hear from you.
